These are just cool sites.
Newsmap gives you a visual, constantly changing representation of Google News. You can select and deselect news categories and countries. I use it every day.
Pew Internet & American Life has a lot of demographics and usage data. If you have time to read, go here for data.
Marketing Charts is where to go for Web ranking data. If you have time to glance, go here for data.
iinnovate is a blog containing cool interviews conducted by Stanford business and design schools. They average a couple interviews per month. Most of the interviews are good.
Oral Histories contain archives of some of the best interviews of technology personalities and leaders available anywhere. The interviews were transcribed as part of the Computerworld Honors Program.
This map at California Gas Prices lets you know which gas station to trek over to ... I visit the site once a week. Given the rising gas prices, I felt compelled to slip this in here.
Here are a couple blogs I regularly read.
The Consumerist - They post a couple dozen times every 24 hours so there's always at least one or two interesting posts on any given day.
MenInAprons - Where else can you learn How To Cook Bacon? Trust me ... men do not know how to cook bacon. Oil splashing all over the stovetop is the wrong way to do it.
